Riverwood Homes builds high quality homes that beautify and enhance the community. Our personal service and inclusive standard features ensure that you will have a good experience building with us. We thoughtfully design every home to be visually appealing and functionally efficient. Our focus on constructing healthy, energy-efficient homes sets us apart from other builders. Our mission is to create enduring wealth for our buyers by building high-quality homes with added value in every feature!
We have been building houses since 2003. Our team has grown over the years, and we've gained valuable experience along the way. We now have a team of 10 employees to serve our customers. After building nearly one thousand houses, Riverwood continues to generate value for every customer by building a desirable product at an affordable price.
Riverwood Homes is headquartered in Meridian, Idaho. We have built homes throughout the Treasure Valley and are currently building homes in Meridian, Kuna, and Nampa. We have experienced steady growth in the Boise area over the past 20 years and are proud to call this our home market.
In addition to serving our Idaho homebuyers, Riverwood has also been building homes in the Tri-Cities, WA market since 2014. We are now building homes in Richland but have also built several homes in Kennewick and Pasco.

Value Add
We build visually attractive, high-quality homes with added value in every feature. We listen to our customers, and our package of standard features includes what the majority of buyers want and are willing to pay for. We don't like to upcharge people for features that should be included in the base price. Each included feature adds value to the home greater than its incremental cost. Since a home will be the largest investment of your lifetime, we build our homes to last generations and to appreciate in value over time. It is very rewarding to build a beautiful, lasting product.
Healthy Homes
We are building our homes to be safe and healthy, giving the home owner fresh, filtered air to breathe. We also use building materials and practices to tighten the home and reduce leakage, to keep pests, moisture, toxins, and fumes out of the house. We certify our homes with the EPS's Indoor AirPLUS program to verify that we are meeting these higher standards and validate the healthiness of the indoor air in our houses.
Energy Efficient
We want to be the preferred builder for innovative homes with energy efficient features, and we are constantly striving to learn and improve our product. Using the latest building science and technology, we are building our homes to be efficient (lower monthly utility costs). To verify that our homes are meeting these higher standards, each of our houses is certified by Energy Star and the DOE's Zero Energy Ready Homes program. Every house is also tested and assigned a HERS score, which rates the house on a performance index of energy efficiency. We believe this sets us apart from many of our competitors who continue to build to the minimum building code standards.

We focus on having professional, proactive communication with our buyers and keeping you informed throughout the construction process. We understand building and buying a house can be an overwhelming endeavor, but our people and process make it a simple and pleasant experience for you.
