Yes, We're Still Paying Commissions!

Realtors have always been a huge part of our business model, and they remain as essential now as ever. Not only do they generate most of our sales leads, but they help the building and closing processes go more smoothly. 

We want to reiterate that we continue to pay commissions to buyers’ agents on all transactions, just as we have done in the past. We recognize the value in the services real estate agents provide, and we choose to compensate them accordingly. Nothing about minor policy tweaks for the MLS changes that.
