Southeast Boise is a very desirable sub-market of Boise because of its convenient access to the Boise River Greenbelt, Lucky Peak reservoir, the Boise foothills, and the Simplot Sports Complex. 

Commuting downtown is fast and convenient, and some of the largest employers are in Southeast Boise, including Micron and Albertsons. And the Boise airport is just a short drive away.

The Boise school district includes some of the highest performing schools in the state. Shopping and restaurants are abundant and nearby. It's a great part of the Treasure Valley to live in!
