Tri-Cities is a hidden gem in southeastern Washington. The Columbia River and the riverfront trail system are spectacular amenities that set it apart from other cities. It’s a great place for boating, fishing, hiking, biking, and other outdoor activities. With all of its orchards and vineyards, Tri-Cities has several world-class wineries. Between the three cities, there is an abundance of shopping, restaurants, and hospitals. The region offers many employment opportunities in the agricultural industry, healthcare, engineering, and technology, including the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory at the Hanford site. The freeway system is very efficient and allows you to travel from one side of town to the other in a matter of minutes. The quality of life is amazing, and it’s no wonder why so many people are moving from the coastal regions to live in the Tri-Cities. We expanded into Tri-Cities in 2013 because of its strong employment base and resilient housing market, and we’ve enjoyed being a part of the community ever since!
